Caring for Patients in their Home
This year, Queenscourt’s Big Give Christmas Challenge
campaign is dedicated to helping more patients receive
Specialist Palliative and End-of-Life Care in the place they
most want to be... their own home.
During 2nd-9th December 2025, every donation made to the Big
Give Christmas Challenge will be doubled.
Our team of doctors, therapists and Queenscourt at Home
nurses work together around the clock, 365 days a year, to ensure
patients can remain as independent and comfortable as possible.
With demand for our services continuing to grow, funds raised
from the Big Give will allow us to strengthen this vital support –
from home visits, physiotherapy and relaxation sessions, to our
six- week Breathlessness Course and our much-valued “Keep in
Touch” calls, which patients describe as a lifeline.
Importantly, we will also be able to o昀昀er more support to carers
and loved ones, providing practical guidance and emotional
reassurance when it’s needed most. By supporting this year’s
Big Give, you will be helping more people to spend their 昀椀nal
days at home, surrounded by those they love.

Our 2024 Big Give Christmas Challenge Campaign
raised an incredible £109,038 that helped us to enhance
our Family Support and Bereavement Services here at
Queenscourt. These services include our Stepping Stones
programme, Family Support Services and Carer Support.
