In昀氀uencer Spotlight:
Hayley Holmes (HayleysCurvyClothing)
Hayley Holmes has lived in Burscough for 13 years and is the
owner of Hayley’s Curvy Clothing, a Facebook and TikTok business
showcasing preloved and vintage fashion in sizes 12–32.
With her daughter’s encouragement, Hayley began creating TikTok
content a few months ago and has already gained over 21,000
followers and close to a million views.
Alongside her business, Hayley is a singer, entertainer, and
Entertainment Director for Hope Street Mental Health Hub and Café
in Ormskirk. She also volunteers as a make-up artist and beauty
therapist with the charity Look Good Feel Better, delivering workshops
to support women going through cancer treatment.
Hayley was invited to visit Queenscourt’s shops by our Area Retail
Manager Jodie. Already a regular customer, she loved the experience
and picked up several bargains. She found a lovely coat for her
grandson and treasures an “outrageous” fake fur coat that always
sparks conversation.
Hayley said: “Second-hand shopping is so important right now.
Buying pre-loved clothes is much better for the environment and is
cheaper than buying new.
“My eldest daughter’s younger half-sister was wonderfully
cared for at Queenscourt Hospice, which I visited a few
years ago. I was told how underfunded hospices are and so
when I saw that Queenscourt have shops I felt I would love
to support them.
“A good friend of mine is a volunteer at Queenscourt and
she always talks about how amazing the charity is.”
