Charity Shops News
Welcome to Our
New Ainsdale Shop
We were delighted to celebrate the opening
of our brand-new Queenscourt Hospice
charity shop on Station Road, Ainsdale,
which o昀케cially opened its doors on the
19th June.
It was a wonderful day and we’re incredibly
grateful to everyone who joined us to
celebrate and helped make the opening
so special. We’d also like to thank the local
businesses, supporters and volunteers whose
generosity, encouragement and hard work helped
bring our new shop to life. We couldn’t have done
it without you.
We were delighted to welcome Brenda Porter,
Chair of Ainsdale in Bloom, and professional
performer Kelly Bond, who came together to
cut the ribbon and o昀케cially mark the occasion.
The celebrations were also made extra special
by the wonderful Ukulele Buddies, who
provided live music and created a fantastic
atmosphere for everyone who attended.
Since opening, the new shop has received an
amazing welcome from the Ainsdale community.
Whether you’re dropping o昀昀 a donation,
browsing our pre-loved treasures, searching
for a bargain or simply popping in to say hello,
every visit makes a di昀昀erence.
Our charity shops raise vital income for
Queenscourt Hospice, helping us continue to
provide compassionate and specialist care to
local people living with serious illness, as well as
support for their families.
Donating quality pre-loved items, shopping in store
and spreading the word are all wonderful ways
to support Queenscourt. Every purchase and
donation helps us make a di昀昀erence to the
people and families who rely on our services.
Thank you, Ainsdale, for making us feel so
welcome. We can’t wait to see you in the shop!
Opening times: Mon-Sat 9am-4.45pm.
Donation Drop O昀昀 times: Mon-Sat 10am-12noon.
